Absolutely loved my stay here and i most certainly will be back again! From the friendliness and speed of check in to the comfort and cleanliness of the villa, to the peace and quiet, laundry room, sanitized appliances and flatware and plateware, to the most amazing location near Venice and Nokomis beaches, it was very much worth the great price!

From the friendliness and speed of check in to the comfort and cleanliness of the villa, to the peace and quiet, laundry room, sanitized appliances and flatware and plateware, to the most amazing location near Venice and Nokomis beaches, it was very much worth the great price!

Our hosts Chuck and Michael arranged for one of the smaller "Villas" for a week's stay in Florida - near Everything and easily accessible - on Route 41, the famous Tamiami Trail between Tampa and Miami. The single room efficiency was clean, comfortable and close to swimming pool and the laundry. More important, we were within comfortable drives to wonderful restaurants, shops in Venice, and, of course, the BEACHES! Our parrothead adventure led us south to tour and enjoy Manisota Key, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and Marco Island, not to mention good food and music.
