Accommodations

All accommodations are single story and individually decorated. The ceiling fans, tile floors and central ac/ heat are ideal for the warm Florida weather and the occasional cold snap; all have outside seating areas, cable TV, HBO and Wi-Fi; a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The beds are queen sized and linen/ towel exchange is provided twice a week.  There is a guest laundry room with complimentary washer and dryer.

Cottages

740 sq. ft. - Sleeps 2 - 6.  The 2 single-family cottages include all the above and add a 1 car garage with private washer and dryer, a large screened in porch, bedroom with queen bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a large open living area with queen sofa bed, dining area and large kitchen with full sized stove, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, double sinks and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked, and everything is wrapped for your peace of mind. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination with grab bars and a handheld showerhead.

The bathroom has a sit-down shower with grab bars and a handheld showerhead.

Thank you for choosing Addy’s Villas. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly with any questions about your stay.

If your travel plans change, please contact us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date; your deposit will be refunded in full. A cancellation made with less than 7 (seven) days* notice is non-refundable. Please understand that if you shorten your stay or check out early, we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Unless specified otherwise, rates are for 2 guests per villa. Additional guests are $10 per night, per guest.

While we will do our best to honor requests for a particular villa, we reserve the right to change villa assignment prior to guest check in.

Please be advised that charges will occur for any damages. A credit card and photo ID are required at check in. Damages will be charged to credit card and or billed to customer if indicated.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM.

No Smoking or Use of Electronic Cigarettes inside; smoking is permitted outdoors.

Please note that quiet time starts at 10:00 PM.

Rates/policies are subject to change without notice and may vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 (thirty) day cancellation notice is required for bookings of 30 (thirty) days or more, holidays and special events.
